ANACORTES, like any other small town, it has its characters. the nosy neighbors, the rebel teenagers, the one person that everyone tends to stay away from. anacortes is no different. this small town as everything that everyone is looking for. but now its summer vacation, which means the tourists are entering the locals' lives and causing even more chaos than normal. Under the summer sun, anything can happen.
